Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC Giveaway + Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to describe the rules under which a Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC giveaway sweepstakes operates. For the purposes of this agreement, the words giveaway and sweepstakes will be used interchangeably. By accepting the sweepstake prize, you agree to all terms & conditions.

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Eligibility: Our giveaways are open to United States participants who are at least 18 years old and follow the instructions listed in the giveaway landing page, widget, blog post, and/or social media post. 

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating and/or accepting the giveaway prize, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and abide by the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC as final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted for the time period described on the giveaway landing page or post.

5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by following the instructions detailed on the giveaway landing page, widget, blog post, and/or social media post. The entrant must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize.

6. Prizes: Winners receive prizes the same as or similar to those described on the giveaway landing page, widget, blog post, and/or social media post for the sweepstakes. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes are not eligible for exchange for cash or gift card. Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all international, federal, state, and/or local taxes and fees including (but not limited to) international tariffs and import fees shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Claim: Winner(s) must claim the prize within 48 hours from the time Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC announces the winner(s). The instructions for claiming the specific prize will be sent to the winner after the announcement is made. If prize is not claimed within 48 hours, Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC is not obligated to send the prize.

8. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection: Winners of the sweepstakes will be selected at random based on participants whom followed all eligibility requirements.

10. Rights Granted by You: By entering one of our contests, you give full consent to Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC to contact you by social media, email, or other means. Giveaway winners grant Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC permission to share their email address with the giveaway co-sponsor (i.e. the company or publisher whose product we are giving away).

11. Terms: Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the sweepstakes for any reason and at any time. Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries for any reason.

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC and any of its affiliates or any party acting on its behalf of all liability. Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC and/or affiliated parties shall not be held responsible for any damage that may occur, from the giveaway prize or otherwise, directly or indirectly, whether or not it is caused by negligence. Before entering, participant is responsible for ensuring that participant is eligible for the giveaway based on local laws.

13. Social Network Disclaimers: Social media platforms to which the sweepstakes are held are released from any and all liability. Social media networks such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc. are not affiliated with any sweepstake held by Minha Beauty LLC & Amanda Walker Business Group LLC.
