Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer store credit or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders
By placing an order outside of the United States, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges required by your country.
If an international package is refused, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or additional costs incurred upon return to us will be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
If a package is abandoned, undeliverable, or unable to be returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to pay duties, refusal of delivery, or any other customer-related issue, no refund or store credit will be issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please email info@minhabeauty.com with your order information and photos of the issue, if applicable.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit will be issued to the recipient upon approval of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser before being gifted, any applicable credit or refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before submitting their order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed by the carrier. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will require additional shipping charges to be reshipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by us.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
