You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for purchasing & returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Orders will be shipped to the address you have provided during checkout. Please confirm address prior to submitting an order and upon checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing, mis-delivered or returned packages due to an incorrect address. We cannot reimburse or re-ship mis-delivered or stolen packages. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
